Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Could I sue someone that use to be an attorney? " Florida bar put him up under suspension."And sue his secretary who's working in the same law firm but up under a different name?

Sue him for what? Just because he's been suspended doesn't mean he wronged you in any way. In order to sue him, you have to be able to allege that he's harmed you in some way.
