Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I was told to newly moved out of my old residence into a new apartment with my friend, and her man and I was told I could live here, all my belongings are in the home, and with in two days of being here, she's telling me to pack and get out, when I have no money or car, and I'm facing being homeless, when I left the housing I had to come here, she is a violent verbally abusive alcoholic and physically threatens me... What do I do?

If she has been violent with you, you may be able to get an injunction entered against her and that may force her to leave the apartment. It seems, however, that the best thing for youi to do is find another place to live.
