over turned decion

can a decion be over turned that

was during a mediation? i went to small clam court about a problem

that i'm having with a swing pool co.. during mediation the owner not only timatated me but also the mediator. to top that off the man said that he sent his witnesses home. mine was still in the other room but i couldn't bring him in.

infact the man lied throuh his teeth. i really would like to take him to court infront of a judge.

Re: over turned decion

Mediation is voluntary. If you agreed to a settlement, then you would have to show that you did so under fraud or duress to get it overturned, which would be very difficult since the mediator was there and presumably signed off on the agreement. If there is no agreement, then of course the case goes forward.
