Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I have video surveillance cameras in my living room. It is not posted anywhere that the cameras are in use. A sheriff deputy admitted to something he had done, and now denies he ever said it. The deputy does not know this video exsists. The video is clear and you can read his lips of the admission. If I get a professional / certified lip reader convert it to text. Can the video be used as evidence.
