Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
violation of civil liberty
went to trial on petty theft charge,found guilty by jury,sentenced to 60 days,which was served;case was appealed,appellate court reversed decision,is there any civil recourse for 60 days already served? can you suggest anyone that could help me?

No. Prosecutions are presumed valid, particularly those that go to trial, unlesss you can prove some sort of Constitutional violation, such as prosecutors forging documents or knowingly putting false witnesses on the stand.
