Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Visitation of elderly aunt
My mother's sister, my 86 year old aunt, lives with my cousin who is not allowing me to visit my aunt or to call her house. My aunt and I have a very good relationship, and I have no way of getting to see her. How do I legally go about getting visitation to see my aunt?

Re: Visitation of elderly aunt
See if you can enlist the help of a family member or friend whom your cousin trusts. See if they can mediate the problem and get you visitation.
Failing that, consult a family law attorney in your town.
