Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My wife and son "who is under 18" was in a parking lot when a woman exposed herself and went to the bathroom right in the parking lot. My question is this they only charged her with disorderly conduct can we sue her for exposing herself in front of my underage son and wife?
