Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

Yesterday at my child school, my wife went to pick up the children a car was in front of her and the person in front child got into the car and was driving off, at the same time my wife told my child to get in the car then as she opened the door to start putting her leg inside this teacher came grab her arm and told her she need to go way down to the other end. She grab hold off my daughter left arm squeezing it and dragged her to the other end, this was very embarrassing to both my wife and child, my wife started to cry seeing all this taking place. Last night my daughter said her arm hurt and this morning she said it is a bit soar from where she held her and squeezed. What action can i take, can i go to a doctor get a report, i know i will be contacting the education department and fill a complain, can i fill a suit for abuse?
