Data Recovery Laws

Is there a law stating that if illegal material is found on someones hard drive the data recovery specialist has a duty to report it. Not petty things such as music etc. but child porn, etc. If so what is the name of that law?

Florida law requires that all persons report any child abuse they discover, including child porn. The requirement to report doesn't go by any special name, but it's found in Florida Statute section 39.201.
