If you are included on an email, can the email be legally forwarded to other people who it may affect?

Are there any legal considerations one must worry about as the sender of such an email?

Think of it as a letter or phone message you receive. The content will determine what is proper to do. Free speech is the general rule provided you do not know or have reason to know that the information is false, confidential, or unreasonably damaging.
