Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
Someone has hacked into my email account and downloaded my contacts and personal emails. They have forwarded several of my emails to everyone on my contact list. They have threatened to forward emails to my supervisor who is on my list pertaining to him. They have also admitted to hacking my account and doing this in an email to me that I have saved. Do I have any legal recourse?
Thank you for any advice
Pam

There is a remedy, although getting the police to do something is often a challenge.
