Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
Is it illegal to enter a corporation's network domain though an "open" back door and copy their data? Then post that copied (not original) data publicly? If so, why? Thank you.

Illegal may not be the right word. Most websites are governed by terms of use that will prohibit this kind of thing specifically. That exposes you to a claim under contract law. If you are copying and then distributing anything that can be considered protected under copyright right or trade secret law then you are exposed that way as well.
Lastly, there are always common law claims such as unfair business / trade practices / competition, etc. that could be brought as well.
Hope that helped.
