Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
Internet Consultant
I received an opportunity from Global Network Mall in February 2000 which described their company. They stated they were able to create any webpage for any business for $150.00 plus a $35.00 monthly maintenance fee. I agreed to manage potential clients through email GN Mall would forward to me and become a consultant for them. I was also able to contact and compile my own clients locally if desired. I had paid $500.00 for the products which included letter head, forms and other necessarn company material. None of these materials were included with my package. It was strickly a ''marketing course'', which I stated I did not want before my purchase.
I contacted GN Mall, they instructed me to return the materials for a refund. This has not happend after multiple contacts and requests. I have nothing for my fee, and they refuse to talk further about it.

Re: Internet Consultant
A classic case of breach of contract
The real question is what jurisdiction do
you sue in, that where you live (sometimes good) or that
where the company is located (always good)
This could depend upon the amount of contact
the company has with your jurisdiction, a
fact you probably won't know beforehand
