Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
I mailed a check (loan) and the corresponding agreement in the same envelope but did not mail it certified return receipt. I have the endorsed check in paper form. If I bring my hard drive (computer) to court so the judge can click on Properties on the Word doc to see that the creation date of the doc is the same as the date on the cancelled check, would that corroborate my claim that the recipient did get the agreement (because he got the check)?

It might help if you brought your computer, but it still doesn't prove you put that the agreement was in the envelope when you sent it.
