Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
There are pictures of me on a website that I used to be associated with, however things have changed and I know longer want to be included in this organization. I have requested that they take down this pictures, and they have yet to respond. I was wondering if they refuse to take them down is this a violation of any laws?

It depends on who owns the pictures.

There is a Florida public image statute that addresses these kinds of issues. You may want to retain an attorney to write a cease and desist letter to them. Feel free to contact me office if you have questions.
