Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

I am a plastic surgeon who was recently reviewed by my state medical board for medical malpractice. I was cleared of all charges. The patient who claimed misconduct posted the incident and a few review websites. How can I get these removed or let people know that I didn't do anything wrong?
