Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
Recently I was banned from an online gaming service. They claim they have no need to issue a reason for this ban, and I've spent at least $200 over the course of my term with this game. According to their "Guidelines", I've done nothing worth banning, if only worth a warning that's never been issued. Is this legitimate, or could it be considered theft due to a ban without legitimate cause from their service?
