Replacement parts
Does an electronic company have to make replacement parts? If so for how long

No, but it would make their life easier because they do have to give you some kind of warranty and without parts they'll have to give new items sometimes and wouldn't be able to refurbish the returned ones. But maybe the items are from China and so cheap to make that it doesn't matter.
