Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

What rights do I as a Webmaster have?

My husband & I are running a non-commercial website (not inc.) where writers voluntarily submit material to be published for our readers. Recently we had a couple of past submitters asking to have their past submissions removed from our site. We feel they agreed to have their material up on the site to begin with. Do we now have to take this down because they changed their minds? In addition we have a disclaimer on the first page stating that we reserve the right to publish voluntarily submitted material.

It depends on your terms of service and any other agreements you have with submitters. Feel free to contact me on this; my firm focuses on Internet law.
