Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

What are the risks of setting up a ex-employer_SUCK.com website?

After being punished and then fired by my last employer for speaking out about dishonestly unpaid incentives, I registered an internet domain name with the company name and ''sucks'' as in www.thatcompanysucks.com. I have not used it yet and have offered it for sale to that company, but they have not yet responded although they are very hostile, have the time and money to waste in legal action, and anything is possible with them.

What risks have I exposed myself to here, what is free speech and what is trademark infringement and what can they do to me even if I offer to sell it them?

Thanks!

Free speach will often protect you if you are giving an opinion about the company. If you are trying to extort money...whether you agree or not....you may have a harder time of it.
