Stolen Passwords

Someone I know has stolen my passwords for my e-mail accounts, and now I can't access or reset them. Do I have any legal recourse?

Contact your service provider immediately and get them to reset the password. If you did not trust this person with your password, then find out how they got it and make sure that doesn't happen again. You may also have a cause of action against them; it depends on the facts.
