AT & T broadband
We recieved a letter in the mail from AT & T in regards to having a piracy cable box in my home and the want a payment of $3000. or will take me to court.
I do not have such a box. Please what can i do?

You need to directly respond that in writing that you have no box and try and find out why they think you do. If you have a box seek a criminal attorney.

You certainly want to do a letter in writing, mail any documentation, return receipt requested so you have proof of mailing and receipt. I'd try it on your own first, but you be amazed what can be accomplished by a demand letter from an attorney!
