Unauthorized Use of Photo on Web

A Florida City is using a photo of me as part of its home page. I used to work for this City, but no longer do. Can they continue to use the photo without my consent?

Have you written and contacted those in charge? Do so nicely and it almost always will get results for you. Can they use it? Depends and what the picture is, where it was taken, whether you knew it was and could be taken and how it is being used.
