Can i charge people money to watch videos that i have purchased and uploaded to my hosted website?

It sounds as though you may want to investigate whether you have the copyright holder's permission (license) to do so. Simply purchasing a video does not usually come with a license to resell it.

Mr. Ruiz is correct. You can do this but it would only be legal if you have permission from all interested parties holding rights you would need for you business plan. We can assist you in negotiating those deals if you want to go forward.
