Web Pictures
I have recintly found that another web site is using a picture that I took with my camera, and am using it on my commercial web site, they did not ask my permission nor have they credited me or my site for the use of my picture, what are my legal rights? Can I file a law suit? Please help

What you are describing is Copyright Infringement. If you are able to establish that it is, indeed, your photograph, you can file a suit for damages. There are severe penalties for copyright infringement.
If you do nothing, you could loose your ablitilty to complain about future theft of your work.
Contact me or another attorney that is familiar with Copyright Infringment ASAP to enforce and protecty your rights.
