Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
18 U.S.C question
Hi, I have a question about ''18
U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance
Notice''. Below are questions
pertaining to 2257:
Q1: I want to post sexually
explicit content starting myself and
a partner. The content does not
show our faces (non-descriptive
footage). How does 2257 treats a file
like this?
Q2: Is the 2257 Compliance notice
required for sexual explicit content
posted by amateurs NOT-FOR SALE?

Re: 18 U.S.C question
Section 2257 applies regardless of whether the models' faces are shown and regardless of whether the images are offered for sale.
