i recently signe a contract to buy a car with 500 down and my paycheck stubs the car was mine two weeks later the dealership has called me wanting w2s and bankstatements saying the loan was not funded for the contract that i had signed, on top of all of this the dealership agreed to pay off my tradein which i have in writing that was not done either i still have the new car that is not funded for a loan what rights do i have
