Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
�The central government of the United States must be kept from getting too powerful. It must be prevented from exercising complete dominion and control over the states. Although the central authority is of course the supreme power in the U.S., the states must retain some level of autonomy and sufficient independence that they cannot be ordered about by the federal government and that they retain certain powers that the central government is not entrusted with.� What concept of government that was integral in the forming of the Constitution does this quote illustrate?
