Class action against Congress

Can we sue Congress and/or Nancy Pelosi for blocking any action to reduce the price of oil.

No.

Get real.

And you cannot sue George Bush for getting us into a war to find weapons of mass destruction that never existed or because people from another, different country flew planes into some buildings.
