Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
constitutional question
The constitution says, ''Article II
Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years....'' Obviously nobody is challenging the fact that Hillary is not a she. My question is, how is the word ''he'' legally interpretted to be gender unspecific in this case?

Re: constitutional question
It is interpreted to not exclude the "other" gender all the time -- in contracts, laws, agreements, etcetera. You look at the context and the intent. This is not even a close call.
