Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
Florida statue 370. 104 states that we have the right to fish, hunt and take game. subject to regulations and restrictions does this mean I do not have to pay a license tax in order to go fishing in the state of Florida. as I am a Floridian?

The statute is actually section 379.104, and the answer is no. The fee requirement (it's not a "tax") is one of the regulations and restrictions the law allows.
