Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
Florida Statute F.S. 790.251 states that I may carry (concealed) any long gun/pistol if concealed and while holding a licence to do so in my vehicle at work. My current employer's company policy says no weapons are allowed on the premises or I will be terminated. Is this legal and if not what actions could I take if they violate my rights?

It is legal for the employer to have a policy of no weapons on the premises, and to terminate you for any reason.
