Freedom of Speech (language)
Is it legal for an employer to request employees not to speak their original language (spanish) during their breaks. If illegal, were can I find information about this that I can show my employee so they can stop this oppresion.

Call the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under the federal government listings and explain the circumstances to them. See if there is a valid complaint based upon racial considerations.
