The real issue is what do you have to gain?

If someone is engaged in a fraudulent marriage, that's between the spouses.

If you think a law has been broken, there's nothing to stop you from reporting it to the police.

You might check with a local attorney before meddling in someone else's marriage, though. Even with the best of intentions, you might open yourself up to suit for defamation.
