Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
What is the law for having a handgun in Florida? If I owned a handgun and brought it down to Florida when I moved, can I just go to a gun dealer or a private citizen and swap that gun for another. Is there any kind of paper work involved? Do I need a permit, etc?

Seriously? Of course the gun needs to be registered to be possessed legally. People can't just "swap guns." I suggest you contact a local gun range or dealer for info on a gun handling and safety class in your area.
