Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

I am a Mu'urish American,and in our customs we adhere to the Constitution(article #6) and the Treaty Of Peace And Friendship. The question is; how is it that a magistrate has the right to her a case in admirality, when it's a common law issue

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I believe I can give you at least a partial answer.

Article III, section 2 of the U.S. Constitution gives federal courts the authority to decide "all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction". Some types of admiralty cases may only be heard in federal courts, while others may be heard in either state or federal courts.

There are no separate admiralty courts in the federal system. To my knowledge, none of the states has such courts either.
