Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
phone monitoring at work
job want everyone to sign a telephone document that they are going to be monitoring phone calls by listening to the conversation, but if call seems personal they will hang up. Am I obligated to sign such a document ? what rights do I have ? Just don't trust what I'm signing.
