Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
Privacy Act civil remedies
Does the Federal Gov't have any immunitity i.e., soverign,
limited, and/or qualified in answering a Privacy Act cause of action for civil remedies?
I have recently filed a Privacy Act suit. If my case goes forward, I may be the first Plaintiff to have two citable cases against the same agency, regarding the same issue,
my VA ''records''.
