Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

propert rights

I am a partner on title with two others.

I spent a year getting City building approval for a permit to upgrade in order to use the property commercially. I had a number of things done in the mean time such as electrical service, paint, yard clean up,exterior painting ,roof repair ,floor replacement. I had occupancy and paid the utilites etc. The other partners decided they did not want me to manage this. SO they paid the permit for fire reglulation needed prior to final building permit. The fire permit has been approved. The local partner changed the key lock and sent me a key . They are working inside the building tearing out a bathroom I had installed that had to be done but haved no permit.z Five years ago they worked on it with out a permit and a stop work order was issued . Do I have any rights -reasonably to continue with the work or have them pay me for the work performed prior to entry .???

Re: propert rights

There are not really enough facts here. Your rights would depend upon your partnership agreement, and I hjope you have something in writing in that respect or you are headed for a mess.
