recording meetings
Is it legal or proper for a person to record a meeting that is not open to the public. Also should they notify the other members that the meeting is being recorded?

Under Florida law, it is a 3rd degree felony to record someone without their knowledge and permission (which is usually stated at the beginning of the recording.
