Storage rental
I had rented a storage unit after a divorce. I had rented this unit for approxmitally 2 years. I became a couple of months behind but did communicate with the storage owner that i wanted me and my childrens stuff and would pay her in a couple of days. She replied, ''i can't help you.'' She auctioned off all that we had left. I want to sue her. Can I?

Read your contract. You are probably out of luck on this.
