Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida
video recording
I have a Charter Boat at a dock with several other charter boats. One of my competitors has a motion activated video recorder mounted inside his shack that is pointed right at my vessel. He is trying to find reasons to call the Coast Guard on me, to try and put me out of business. Is this invasion of my privacy?

Re: video recording
No -- a video camera mounted on his boat and recording whatever is visible is perfectly legal.
