Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

2001 I had a back injury at work (construction) I did report this and never did sue or received any moneys now 2008 my back is in very bad shape and I no longer work for them, what can I do

As you describe this, there is nothing the you can do. Work comp requires you to receive ongoing treatment. Without treatment for 7 years, you are out of luck.
