Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

2nd motion for summary judgment

When the judge denies a motion for summary judgment,

can you ask for a 2nd notice of summary judgment? If so,

can you incorporated a countner suit to the motion

of must it be separate?

You may move for Summary Judgment again.
