The best person to direct this question to would be your insurance provider. They typically have terms/clauses stating who they will cover on a jobsite provided they become injuried. Also, the contract will sometimes stipulate who is allowed onsite. Keeping the owner offsite is difficult. Neighbors and other individuals you can keep offsite and should as much as possible as in most cases you become liable if they are injuried on the site. I highly stress you should speak with you insurance provider.
