Constest of Lien
Can I, a secondary subcontractor file a contest of lien against my subcontractor who filed against the owner?

Florida Statute 713.22 provides that a notice of contest of lien can be filed by "an owner, or the owner's agent or attorney" but then the form's signature block provides for "(owner or attorney)" to sign.
