My construction bond agent won't refund the premium he owes us. What actions can I take to get the money back. We live in Florida

I will make the presumption this is a bid bond you are referencing. You can first try the non-legal approach of contacting the owner of the company and if that does not work, you can contact BBB to see if they can assist. Once you have exhausted your non-legal remedies, I would recommend speaking with a construction attorney. Depending on your specific situation, different legal approaches maybe taken to collect your refund.
