Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
Construction Dispute
Do I have the right as a buyer to know the amount that my contractor is paying for items/supplies? When I request an upgrade or a different material in this condo (now under construction), my contractor declines to provide me with documentation for the increased charge. Aren’t I entitled to this?
