Construction lien

The builder showed a spead sheet as accounting for a construction lien. On what basis can i have this discharged. Builder refuses to give names of sub contractors and suppliers and refuse production of original documents. Can i counter sue

builder for this lien on my homestead property? On what basis and under what law of civil proceedure?

Re: Construction lien

The lien should be for exactly the amount owed. If improperly placed it can be dicharged and thry'll have to pay legal fees. Consult an attornye for more.
