Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
In contract verbage what does "until the later of " mean ? example, will supply licence until the later of (a) final payment per contract OR (B) until purchaser obtain another licence holder for his business. Does this mean that if final payment has been made per contract, I no longer am required to lic thia co refered to in contract.
